Promoted internally to RAIII, I joined the Technology Access Program (TAP) for the launch of the CosMx Spatial Molecular Imager. In this role I worked with customers to design experiments, execute, analyze, and then present data to drive adoption of the CosMx platform. My primary role was supporting research collaborations and marketing initiatives by designing and conducting experiments utilizing our sequencing and spatial imaging platforms. In addition to those duties I also supported Quality Engineering on several software projects by managing the system requirements, verification & validation test protocols, and technical documents.Key Achievements o Sole RA on a clinical collaboration to validate the use of a Nanostring assay as enrollment criteria for clinical trial culminating in patient enrollment. o Led initiatives with Marketing to solicit and partner with academic leaders to launch projects generating collateral for the release of new product launches o I oversaw development and release of software that converted an internal research tool into commercial software, which resulted in expansion of primary product line and partnership with 5 contract research organizations. o I managed the technical software requirements and specifications for an analysis platform designed to generate customer facing reports using data generated from key product lines. I led the verification and validation testing culminating in its release.

As an Apex Systems contractor I worked with the Translational Research Program (TRP) at NanoString Technologies to conduct the benchwork in support of diagnostic and research collaborations. I performed RNA & DNA isolations from a variety of sources (FFPE, FF, blood, & cell pellets), to analyze on the nCounter platform. After six months I was converted to a full time employee at NanoString.
