Current• Recruit, evaluate, and develop high-performing Solution Consultants Globally• Lead and develop a team with varying degrees of experience, supporting multiple offices.• Actively coach the full account team during deal cycles.• Contribute significantly to the development of our value selling methodology and strategies.• Develop operational objectives and define staffing model requirements.• Set your team’s quarterly and annual performance management objectives.• Contribute to revenue forecasting process and highlight technical/business risks.• Identify areas of improvement in pre- and post-sales processes.• Develop a high-performance collaborative team culture that establishes strong customer relationships and overachieves sales goals.• Motivate, enable, and mentor your team of individual contributors with diverse backgrounds and experiences.• Proactively foster a culture of learning and curiosity to ensure your team’s capabilities keep pace with the speed of business and the growing needs of our customers.•Coordinate with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Security teams to ensure we are providing a unified customer experience.
