Being recognized for positive interaction by customers reaffirms my belief that even brief conversations can impact someone's day. In every situation I'm in, I strive for social connections. My successes in the Fast Food industry have come from my ability to have positive interactions with those whom I may only come into contact for a moment. My ideal work environment allows me to be social but also hard at work. I genuinely enjoy being able to lead teams toward common goals. The morale of a workplace can contribute heavily to how successful it is, so I often work to ensure that my coworkers are happy and ready to work.
