-Responsible for managing transition for tha F&A processes: analyzing and documenting work instructions, implementing controls and propose changes in order to improve processes according to Business Transformation standards;- Responsible for delivering activities according to Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators contractual agreed;- Monitoring team performance, set-up relevant performance indicators to determine productivity of the team;-Delivering process trainings for the new hires, preparing and coordinating Knowledge Tests (quarterly), identifying process improvement opportunities.-Acting as a back up for the Team Lead.

- Service Desk and Issues Resolution in Accounts Payable for the German supplier portfolio: investigating and resolving complex queries;- acting as back-up for the Team Leader whenever needed.- I also became the Process Trainer of the team, so my communication skills evolved as well.- In terms of both, communication and presentation skills, I got the chance in January 2020 to become one of the newest Internal Trainers of the company: delivery of SAP training as per the training calendar.- I also took Spanish classes and participated in trainings and workshops with themes such as Solution Thinking, Excel and VBA (Macro Academy), Coaching, Attitude & Ownership.

Service Desk and Issues Resolution in Accounts Payable for the German supplier portfolio:- performing invoice processing with special and complex procedures;- communicating with internal stakeholders; - replying to supplier’s inquiries on a daily basis;- ability to foresee situations and provide immediate solutions;- implementing my first Lean Idea that led to saving as many as 204 hours yearly.In this period I got also involved in several trainings and workshops and accepted new positions to develop my skills: I became the HR Catalyst and Facility Partner of the team.
