It aims at collecting and providing objective and accurate information to share with all kinds of audiences, helping them to understand better the new mobility paradigm we evolve in, and supporting them to find their way in the jungle of increasingly more mobility solutions availableMy responsibilities, as Head of Arval Mobility Observatory are* Writing and coordinating the creation a various area of contents - whitepapers, articles and market analysis linked to sustainable mobility, fleet management, energy transition, automotive industry evolutions and outlook.* Coordinating the Arval Mobility Observatory community across the countries* Speaker at various internal and external events* Developing the content strategy for Arval Mobility Observatory* Responsible for the implementation of the communication plan

* Identifying, defining and supporting with expert advice the clients mobility, energy transition and change management strategies. * Responsible for the management & growth of a defined portfolio of International Accounts by driving strategic account planning * Transversal leadership role across Arval countries, by leading implementation of strategic fleet decision across the Arval countries. * Negotiation of International Contracts* Clear results on electrification support, deploying global frameworks, client oriented strategies for CO2 reduction* Actively working with Procurement, HR and CSR team of our Customers to define the best mobility approach for their employees

* Managing a list of International Customers, with the focus of building of a long – lasting relationship with the customer and the development of strategic accounts through a strong cooperation with the members of the Arval Sales Team.* The main contact point for all the Local Sales Teams of all the 28 ARVAL entities.* Solution finding, Strategic Planning and Business Reviews for the Client* Project manager of the implementation process taking care of all the aspects related to the involvement of the Countries.

▪ Manage a portfolio of around 70 clients▪ Creating and implementing own strategies in order to achieve the company targets▪ Negotiation on the existing contracts, implementation of new contracts, developing the commercial relationship▪ Solution finding, strategic planning with the client▪ Coordination with the other teams of Arval (Operational, Financial) in order to ensure quality services and provide best solutions

▪ Consultative and strategic role for the commercial team of Arval in process of adjusting current contracts. ▪ Key role in end of contract process – responsibility in the end of contract costs, communication with the remarketing team and commercial team, identification of any kind of risk associated with this process▪ Consultative role for all the procedures that involved my position: contract implementation, end of contract, contract adjustment▪ Consultative role for the commercial team in developing the commercial and marketing strategies, with creative solutions, but also based on previous experience in the financial team

▪ Contract implementation in Arval and administration, creating a communication bridge between the commercial and financial department▪ Key role in the invoicing process▪ Key role in monthly reporting of the fleet▪ Consultative or key role in creating and implementing all the procedures regarding my position ▪ Training a junior for this position and improvement of all processes and controls related with the activity

▪ Key role in organising the activities of the financial department of Lafarge (50 persons).▪ Presentations, assistance in the implementation of security at work rules in Lafarge factories▪ Part of the team that implemented at national level the ethics code for senior managers, a project that I used later as a base for my master degree paper. The project involved adapting the general guidelines to the local business sector, presentations and trainings with the senior managers.
