My carrer has mostly consisted of Support related jobs, everything from Customer Support Agent earlier in my carrer to Head of an entire Support department. I have more than 12 years of experience in the field of customer service, problem solving, and digital communication. I have led teams of support assistants all across the world who address questions, requests, and issues. I also collaborate with the development team to report and resolve technical errors, and with the marketing team to provide feedback and suggestions on campaigns and platform content. My mission is to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, and facilitate their learning and growth. In addition to my skills in using Microsoft/Google Office and Adobe Premiere Pro, I have an academic background in audiovisual communication and advertising, which allows me to bring a creative and strategic perspective to my work. I am passionate about the world of video production and editing, which helps me bring that visual understanding to the Support department as well. I consider myself a committed, flexible, and proactive professional, who constantly seeks to improve the quality and efficiency of his service. I have been working remotely almost my entire carreer and excel at companies where you have to wear many hats or simply are still in the process of figuring things out.
