Primary Role:• Create and distribute surveys to global Chevron employees and affiliates using Qualtrics survey software.• Create and deliver reports on survey results using Qualtrics, SPSS, Excel and Word.• Manage large amounts of data and convert between multiple formats for use in enterprise applications and reporting.Other Duties:• Manage a database of survey recipient data through the Qualtrics survey platform.• Utilize Microsoft Office suite on a daily basis, with a focus on Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.• Utilize Adobe software regularly, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.• Utilize a Sharepoint based project management system to track project status and collaborate effectively with Project Managers.• Deadline oriented project-based work for the Enterprise Feedback Management team.• Research and work with an external vendor (Qualtrics) to configure survey application functionalities to suit needs of the survey developers and clients.• Analysis of survey data in SPSS.
