• Oversee aspects of 250 member (125 students / 125 professionals) mentoring program including matching, monitoring, and program goal-setting.• Oversee the implementation of the CMP Professional Development Training Program, which includes over 20 events per semester.• Responsible for meeting with 125 students to discuss academic, personal, and/or developmental concerns in relation to academic success and professional development success within the Corporate Mentor Program.Teaching: • Professional Development Premiere I: A course designed to provide students in the Corporate Mentor Program as well as students in the University of South Florida Muma College of Business with the opportunity to learn the distinct features of professional development focusing on interpersonal communication. • Business Communications: A course designed to provide INTO graduate students with the opportunity to learn the distinct features of professional communication and presentation focusing on interpersonal communication. Course focuses on engaging students in individual presentations as well as a group projects and presentations, research documentation, and professional writing.• Academic Foundations: SLS 2901 is a discussion-based introductory seminar designed to facilitate students' successful acclimation to the university, development of academic strategies, and exploration of careers and majors. The course aims to prepare students for a successful college experience and provides students with the necessary knowledge and experiences to be academically and personally success at USF.
