CurrentCoordinates & manages the scheduling of 1,000-2,000 standard trainings per quarter Maintains clear records of all standard scheduling requests & changes within scheduling software, Salesforce, & relevant databases Supports the delivery of requested post-training survey data & reports Ensures scheduling communications is accurate & properly documented Develops & support working relationships with remote field staff & internal clients Supports service admin related tasks associated with onboarding of new training facilitators
