For over a decade, I have been professionally dedicated for generating social impact to reduce people's suffering, making their lives in a fairer social equality.My purpose is to help companies build a more diverse, truly inclusive and safe world for people from under-represented groups.I'm a coordinator of diversity and social innovation at Natura, focused on impacting one and a half million beauty consultants in Brazil. I am also the leader of the Racial Awareness for Leadership and Mentoring Program Development for Black Collaborators squads, both for the Natura.co group.In 2017, I founded "Ressignificadas", a business with social impact aimed at bringing socio-emotional education to women - with a special focus on race - so that they unlock their potential and grow in their careers with leadership and prominence, occupying spaces of power.As a Jungian analyst, I work at the clinic, develop and facilitate socio-emotional intelligence workshops for companies.I also work as a director, project consultant and speaker focused on gender and race at "Cruzando Histórias", a social organization specializing in female employability, which supports, develops and connects women to the world of employment.---- ESG- diversity- Inclusion- Social impact- Equity
