Body Interior Seats & Restraints Team Supervisor-Team Leader of Body Interior Product Development team which is responsible for Seats, Airbags, Steering Wheels, Seatbelts, Bunk Systems.-Responsible for performance management and continuos improvement of team of 14 engineers.-Management of multiple projects in different countries and car lines including B-Car, Commercial Vehicles and HCV segment. -Leading delivery of new generation programs' product development activites as well as Ongoing Product Development (OPD) projects and Total Value Management (TVM).

-2018MY H62X Global Modular Cab Seat/Bunk/Steering Wheel components lead engineer role. Responsible for H62X Seats&Restraints team financial budget management to ensure cost delivery as per program financial targets -Integration with attribute/functional teams to meet&exceed program targets-Liaison with program management,integration,purchasing teams and suppliers to ensure all components are developed and produced in line with latest program specifi requirements and Ford/regulatory standarts.-Expediting DPA and FMEA to ensure robust engineering gateway achievements -PDP & APQP tracking as per program timing for each system and component-Guiding the team to deliver annual TVM (Total Value Management) targets-Continuos competitor study to identify opportunities on cost, weight, performance-Idea generation and engineering support for Seats&Restraints team patent idea pool. Supporting the team to progress and enhance ideas towards patent generation-Tracking and applying lessons learned actions between various programs and functions-Supporting team members for 6-sigma projects on design, ptimization, TVM actions-Continuously chasing technical and soft skill development opportunities and sharing with the team for team development-Coaching new comers during orientation phases to ensure quick and robust integration and familiarity with Otosan and Ford processes

V408 Transit Connect Seats & Restraints D&R Engineer-Responsible for 2nd and 3rd row seats product design and release acitivites as per program cost, weight, quality targets-Obtained full compliance with safety/durability/NVH/comfort/craftsmanship standarts by ensuring robust liasion with 2 different seat suppliers and maintaining financials within program targets-Establishing best-in-class flat load floor application with 2nd&3rd row seats articulation-Close change management control with suppliers to ensure robust part and complexity release -Leading component validation & sign-off process in line with Ford GPDS milestones/deliverables -On-site launch support both in Cologne and Valencia plants during launch phases-Responsible for technical liasion with internal and external homologation teams to ensure all components are released and verified as per regulatory standarts-Leading self-certification process V408N program to ensure/justify full compatibility with FMVSS regulations for all seats-Efforts acknowledged by EUNCAP 5 Star (1st in class) rating and International Van of The Year awards
