Duties/Responsibilities:• Manage and monitor the brand image and experience• Create pricing strategies through alignment with current market conditions and TU realities• Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the organization’s revenue-generating departments• Collaborate with finance, product management, and marketing on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals• Manage a multi-functional sales team that can drive business growth across all customer segments and profiles, and share accountability with the marketing function for improving the individual customer experience and strategy• Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics• Create accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics and coordinating compensation and promotions with these metrics• Stay well-connected with customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycle• Identify and resolve issues across the marketing/sales and account management functions• Participate in contract negotiations• Establish both short-term results and long-term strategy, including revenue forecasting• Monitor the strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to success• Fill management gaps by building and training individuals and teams in Sales and Account Management• Develop and implement robust sales management processes – pipeline, account planning, and proposals Show less
