With over 25 years of experience in the industrial, oil, and energy industries, I have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams, creating innovative product offerings, and establishing strategic partnerships.In addition to my retail fuels position I have held two in commercial fuel sales including various sales and operations leadership roles at Shell TapUp, a global pioneer in on-demand fueling solutions. As the Global Revenue and Brand Manager, I was instrumental in creating and implementing the pricing, marketing, branding, and product development strategies to boost revenue streams and enhance customer experience. As the General Manager for North America, I oversaw the P&L, operations, HSSE, legal, and contract management, as well as the long-term strategy creation and delivery for the region. I also facilitated the effective integration among Shell business initiatives and ensured alignment across departments. Additionally, I have a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Central Washington University, where I developed strong analytical and financial skills. I am passionate about delivering value to customers and stakeholders, driving growth and innovation, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
