In 2011, my portfolio was expanded to include management of the entire MPAA Global Policy operation.

Supervised 15 Criminal Division attorneys responsible for enforcing the federal criminal intellectual property laws of the United States. Developed and implemented the Department's overall intellectual property rights program, emphasizing domestic and international criminal prosecutions, policy, legislation and education. Prosecuted and supervised multiple complex, multi-district, and international criminal prosecutions resulting in convictions worldwide. Received Director's Award for Superior Performance in 2003, and was recipient of Criminal Division Award for Meritorious Service (2001, 2002, 2004) and Criminal Division Special Achievement Awards (2003, 2004). From February 2000 through January 2003, served as a Trial Attorney prosecuting federal criminal computer crime and intellectual property cases, including multiple complex, multi-district and international prosecutions.Prior to joining the Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section, served in the Department's Office of Legislative Affairs from July 1998 through February 2000. In that capacity, represented the Department before Congress, and advised senior department officials, including the Attorney General, the Deputy Attorney General, and the Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division on policy and legislative matters.
