The combined company launch follows the sale close of Cassidy Turley to a private investment consortium backed by TPG Capital, PAG Asia Capital and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, the same consortium that acquired DTZ in November 2014. Cassidy Turley brings a legacy of strong local market leadership and penetration in the U.S., while DTZ offers an established full-service global platform.The newly branded DTZ now offers clients integrated services across more than 30 major U.S. markets and established capabilities throughout Europe and Asia. The unified company represents $2.9 billion in annual revenues and more than 28,000 employees and now manages 3.3 billion square feet globally on behalf of institutional, corporate and private clients. DTZ is ranked No. 1 in China for investment sales transactions, with over 50% market share, and is ranked No. 3 in London and the U.K.

Mr. O’Leary has been in the real estate business for over 7 years, focusing his efforts in the Greater Boston Suburban Office Market and specifically along the Route 128 beltway representing both tenants and select landlords in the leasing and sale of office, research & development and light manufacturing space. During his tenure in the real estate business, he has been involved with over 200 transactions in the leasing and sale of over five (5) million square feet of space for an aggregate value of over 300 million dollars.
