English-Russian an English-Ukrainian translator at the SBT Localization, we work to provide videogame and software localizations to Ukrainian users, as an independent group that works officially with game developers and publishers around the world.

As a Risk team leader I have created work processes for the agents working in the department, managed QA in regards to the team’s performance and maintained a healthy atmosphere. Main responsibility as a leader of the team (apart from the actual management the needs and KPIs of the said team) was escalation processing in regards to fraudulent activity investigation and money-laundering suspicion and creation of reports that could be presented to the official bodies for these concerns.

As a member of the Risk team have studied and processed cases that required extreme attention todetail, such as counterfeit documents, fraud and scamming. Passed all the necessary qualification tests in regards to CTF, AML and Fraud prevention within the specifics of the job, regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and the relevant law.

Recieved tactical, medical, firearms and law training and education as part of the course for the National Police reform.Responsibilities: - street patrol- distress call response- crime prevention- maintaining law and order- providing first aid - security measures at gatherings and protests- traffic control- solving disputes between citizens.
