- working in the main hotel’s bar, pool bar and the beach bar- opening/closing the bar, making necessary preparations for the shift- mixing drinks, preparing classic cocktails and signature cocktails- creating new signature cocktails- serving hot and cold beverages by the bar (food by the pool and beach bars)- communication with the hotel guests and other customers, providing the best service, making sure they stay satisfied and delighted every time they visit the hotel- keeping the bar clean and tidy to the HACCP standards- supporting hotel’s functions- processing cash (POS systems) etc. Recognized by the Management of the hotel as a hardworking, reliable and honest person, providing outstanding customer service, got plenty of excellent reviews from the hotel guests and was promoted during the first half a year from the part-timer to the permanent hotel position.Created the Signature cocktail naimed "NY Garden" with which won the Golden Award in Cyprus National Signature Cocktail competition.
