I am active person with more than 10 years of experience in Hospitality industry. I have worked and practiced in different positions in hotels, restaurants, medicine administration and IT administration. I also have a working experience as a personal assistant for 2 years which I effectively combined with my other job, so my multi-tasking skills are very good.I have lead the teams up to 12 employees, contribute the work of the allied departments with up to 200 employees, organised events with the budget up to 25000$ and more than 200 participants. I can fluently speak and write in Russian and English, on a good business level in Spanish. I am also studying French, Georgian, Hebrew and Croatian. All of that experience combined with a great personal skills of communications and self-management makes me a strong and successful employee in administration and management of any type of business. My most strong soft skills are: Amiability, hospitability, knowledge of how to engage a discussion with any person, ability to handle stress, multi-tasking, client-centeredness, strong decision-making skills. I can also organise my working day very good. I love scheduling and proficient time management, which helped me to organise myself for language and hospitality education courses during gaps in my employment. I've graduated leadership program and groups organisation program in “Hillel” Student organisation, where I also volunteered and was organising and leading events for small and big groups.During my work in medical administration I wrote a book regarding elderly people nutrition co-authored with wonderful medical professional.I am in a process of getting Blue Card with the work permit in EU, have a permission to work in Georgia (as an individual entrepreneur) and Israel.Feel free to reach out!
