At the moment I am working around the UK Building steel temporary and Permanent structures for companies who need extra buildings/warehouses.

In this role I had to be understanding, empathetic, focused, good at time keeping/sticking to dates, been able to pay correct amounts up to 100k, patient, deal with angry/upset customers, deal with people who may have mental health issues, call contractors to make sure works were being carried out on time, put quotes together for customers for building works. When working in home insurance I had to speak/deal with people who were very stressed/emotional, I would have to look at footage and pictures of their homes and put costs together of damages. In other cases I would have to take photos/costs of stolen or lost items and pay these to the customers.

I was a landscaper/labourer I worked with a team of builders/joiners renovating an old mill into flats and houses.
