- Delivery lead and product development of School for Change Agents, a MOOC and face-to-face course helping create a culture of change and transformation in the NHS and beyond. 6,500 participants in 2019 MOOC, up from 2,000 in 2017- Between July 2017 and October 2018 I have a particular focus on supporting Greater Manchester; working with health, local authorities and VCSE system leaders in delivering the Personalised Care agenda as part of devolution of health service.- Worked with NHS England's Personalised Care Group, programme managing and leading training to transform key localities throughout England to deliver social prescribing, personal health budgets, co-production and person-centred care planning at scale.- NHS England delivery lead for Change Day 2016, an NHS social movement targeted at future and emerging leaders, sponsored by Simon Stevens, NHS England CEO. Over 150 NHS Trusts participated in the campaign- In addition to functional role, oversee Horizons’ business support function, including line-managing team members, and dealing with HR, recruitment, finance and procurement issues

Responsible for all digital work within the Personalised Care Group, including developing strategy, and building relationships with other NHS digital work, especially the Empower the Person team, and the Local Health and Care Records programme. A three-day a week secondment alongside existing work in the Horizons team.

- Reporting to CEO and acting as member of senior management team, responsible for leading Do-it through significant strategic period; including liaising with Cabinet Office and key agencies- Line-managed technical developer team of seven, including web and desktop application developers

- Promoted to Head of Projects where I was responsible for project management across all of YouthNet's services. In addition I had a particular focus on Do-it, leading the volunteer-focused development of the service as well as working with internal and external stakeholders as it moved through a period of significant change.- Additionally, was YouthNet's lead for a joint £1m fundraising campaign with Age UK as official charity partners of the 2013 London Marathon.

Responsible for developing the Do-it portfolio of services, including do-it.org.uk website, data syndication to other sites and interaction with the national volunteering database. My role had particular emphasis on developing Olympic volunteering, and I sat on LOCOG's Volunteer Advisory Group.

YouthNet runs three major websites that provide information and advice for young people aged 16-25: TheSite.org, Do-It and Lifetracks.com. As Head of Editorial, I was responsible for the content of these sites, including an increasing amount of multimedia content and initial development of Lifetracks.com.

As part of Senior Management Team for this national youth media charity, I was responsible for liaising with major media companies including the BBC, ITV, Sky and The Guardian, as well as producing media products for a variety of clients. I was also responsible for the development and delivery of the Headliners website, www.headliners.org

New Media Producer working at BBC English Regions New Media. In team responsible for the development and strategic support of the BBC's local websites across England. Achievements included training, implementing and supporting the Content Management System; training editors and producers in editorial development; running specific projects including a nationwide youth reporter scheme (Blast) and a major sports initiative with the FA focused on junior football. In my final six weeks I was responsible for the online elements of BBC1's The ONE Show when it was piloted. The success of the interactivity was one of the key reasons it was commissioned for a full run.In 2005 I was part of the studio team on the General Election night, responsible for inputting results for the general election, that served all BBC outputs. I returned as a freelancer for the 2010 General Election, and I also freelanced for the BBC for the 2008 US Election coverage.

New Media and radio journalist for local BBC station serving Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Primary responsibility was creating a mixture of news, sport and feature content for the local website; but also produced the Saturday morning show and covering other journalism roles as required.

Web producer for Newsbeat, the daily news and entertainment show on BBC Radio 1. Responsible for creating pages reflecting latest news and entertainment stories - including writing copy, sourcing and treating photos and adding audio/video where appropriate.Also undertook entertainment reporter duties as required - including covering film premieres, music events and interviewing a mixture of music and other celebrities for broadcast.

Responsible for producing a new local BBC website for Leeds. Tasks including writing news, sport and feature copy, creating audio and video content, designing graphics and undertaking HTML and design as needed.

Broadcast Assistant for local BBC radio station. Primary responsibilities were initially researching and booking guests for mid-morning magazine programme; and then I spent the last nine months producing a daily afternoon consumer programme, and a daily in-depth interview programme. I also helped on various tasks throughout the station; including driving desks and taking news circuits.
