After graduating in July 2014 I immediately took on the challenge of completing the Teach First Leadership Development Programme. Two years later, I have achieved Qualified Teacher Status, completed a PGCE and completed this year as a Newly Qualified Teacher.I am currently teaching science in a challenging and diverse secondary school in East London. My achievements so far have relied on and developed my ability to analyse problems while focussing on solutions and to communicate effectively with all stakeholders in our school community. I am a reflective, ambitious team player who thrives in a challenging environment by being resilient and strategic in my approach to facing new challenges. I am looking for opportunities to further develop and apply my skills in management consultancy and challenge myself in new a new environment. People and relationships are a huge part of what makes me tick, I'd like to join a dynamic team in an organisation that is vibrant, challenging and forward thinking.
