I implemented and trained the team in agile methods of work, such as kanban and sprint to better align with the organisations culture and drive continuous delivery. - Led the creation of a digital skills, training and content team, and minimum digital standards framework. Key achievements include the simplification of providing accessibility tools, creation of a training catalog via tailored learning paths and an organisation wide library of resources.- Continued the deployment of digital tools through successful digital change projects including; deployment of 40+ hybrid meeting rooms, visitor and spaces booking system, SharePoint intranet migration and cross-organisation data storage migrations. - Setup a governance framework and CoE for the Low-Code Microsoft Power Platform, while expanding the user communities of practice around Power Automate and Power Apps. Creating an in-house design framework to help business managers determine whether low-code solutions are suitable for their business problems. - Led the establishment of a new Digital Inclusion function to coordinate the council-wide challenge to get all citizens digitally confident and online. - Created and released a policy for using GenerativeAI tools across the organisation.
