Since joining Lewis Rice in 2008, I have focused my practice on complex commercial litigation. My representation spans an array of industries and includes a variety of clients such as a municipal school district, a national bank, a large nonprofit health corporation, a global nutritional corporation, and numerous manufacturers. I have successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation involving breach of contract claims, breach of warranty claims, environmental/toxic tort claims, real estate claims and products liability claims, as well as disputes involving franchising, trusts and estates and general business matters. I also handle employment litigation, employment discrimination, banking litigation and civil conspiracy cases and advise on issues involving education law.I regularly appear before the state and federal courts in Missouri, and am licensed to practice in both Missouri and Illinois.
