Serve as a co-chair for the Baldwin Wallace University DMV (D.C., Maryland, Virginia) Alumni Chapter. Provide programmatic support, liaison with the BW Alumni Office, and provide connections amongst alumni living in the region.

- Assisted three full time staff members in managing academic accommodations for 30-40 students who have experienced harm related to Title IX violations - Managed four student cases by creating reports, resource referrals, academic accommodations, and in-person meetings - Oversaw the collection of adaptable resolution policies from 20+ peer institutions to contribute to creating a restorative justice policy for the office - Served as the liaison to the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences to assist in re-enrolling students who had taken personal leave after experiencing harm - Developed digital media resources to outline university sexual misconduct policy, report options, and resources for students who meet with professional staff - Supported the management of student referrals from academic and divisional partners through the University’s internal early intervention reporting system

- Interpreted early intervention data of 6,000 undergraduate first year, transfer, and TRIO students to assess the factors that impact student experience including sense of belonging, college preparedness, and financial stability - Assisted in developing a literature review for a $250,000 GEAR UP Iowa Grant application to fund weekend programming for 250+ low income rural Iowan high school students in their college transition - Revised training for 28 supplemental instruction peer leaders to incorporate collaborative learning techniques and cognitive theory in training modules - Developed marketing materials to encourage 2,000+ Black, African American, Latinx, Hispanic, Multi-Racial, Alaskan Native, American Indian, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, and First Generation students to access supplemental instruction peer tutoring - Presented at 7 first year orientation sessions to 4,000 incoming students on effective academic behaviors, health and wellness resources, and techniques to engage in collegiate resiliency behaviors - Outreached to 350+ students during a class registration calling project to discuss fall enrollment and complete referrals to campus partners and academic advisors
