As an Executive Assistant, I worked directly with the Dealer Principal to complete different tasks. It was my job to understand every department and role within the organization so I could solve issues, create processes, and be involved in high level meetings to help grow the company. Along with the many projects and reports I was responsible for; I took care of all advertising and marketing. I was trusted to manage a large advertising budget while continually measuring ROIs and tracking any co-op rebates available. I oversaw the website design and maintenance, including training other staff and researching/transitioning to other providers. I was solely responsible for developing and executing our Social Media strategy. During my time at Acadia Toyota, I took over the role of Administration Manager. I managed 4-5 team members including day-to-day, training, discipline, scheduling, and the recruiting process. Being so involved in all areas of the dealership gave me the understanding to be able to create detailed Standard Operating Procedures for all departments as well as create policies including a brand-new Employee Handbook.

As a Production Artist I was responsible for taking the Creative Director’s concepts and make them media ready. This required an extreme attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
