As a recent graduate of the Office Administration - Health diploma program at St. Lawrence College, I have gained valuable skills and knowledge in medical office procedures, electronic database management, ARMA filing, and written correspondence. I am proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Power BI, which I use to create and analyze reports and dashboards. I am also a certified note-taker and have completed training in Microsoft Teams and stress management.I have over five years of experience in customer service, communication, and customer relationship management, working for the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services in various roles. Most recently, I was a Unit Clerk at Providence Transitional Care Centre, where I facilitated communication between patients, families, and staff members, organized and maintained medical records, scheduled appointments, and coordinated with medical transportation services. I also applied my knowledge of non-violent crisis intervention strategies to handle challenging situations. I am passionate about helping others and creating a positive work environment. I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow, and I am currently pursuing a certificate in social media marketing.
