I research and analyze community needs as they relate to housing, coordinate available resources, and develop new programs and strategies for addressing our region's housing needs. Highlights include: - Launching a regional housing program from the ground-up. I am responsible for the administration of a 3-year, $2 million grant to provide gap funding to affordable housing developers toward the development of new, affordable units. This program will help bring 60 new units of affordable housing to our region.- Compiling, analyzing, and presenting original data research on regional housing trends, and presenting those findings to housing stakeholders across the region. - Experience in convening and facilitating conversations among diverse stakeholders with varied interests to align around common housing goals.- Administer the CSPDC's First Time Homebuyers Down Payment Assistance Program, which provides down payment and closing cost assistance to moderate-to-low income homebuyers. - In-depth experience in grant writing and management.
