I spent my career in the audiovisual and web industries, before turning to executive coaching in 2011, out of an interest in psychology and professional development. As far back as I can remember, I've always tried to understand what's behind each of our behaviors, so that we can learn to spread our wings more effectively.As a former manager and executive, I'm particularly interested in questions of relational intelligence and emotional communication to enhance impact and well-being. To date, I have 13 years' experience in individual coaching (over 2,500 hours), both face-to-face and remote.

Today, I work mainly on my favorite subjects: communicating efficiently, developing listening skills, regulating emotions, coping with stress, taking a step back, optimizing decisions, developing assertiveness, reinforcing leadership, gaining impact, strengthening confidence, taking one's place, managing conflict, overcoming difficulties, re-establishing a damaged balance and coming back after a long break.I regularly work with major French and international groups (AG2R La Mondiale, Allianz, Air liquide, Auzou Editions, Banque Populaire - Caisse D’épargne, Carrefour, CNP Assurances, Coca-Cola, Covea, Décathlon, Deloitte, Disney, Ellipse Animation, Engie, ENI Gas & Power, Embraer, JCDecaux, Kering, La Banque Postale, Maisons du Monde, Michelin, Microsoft, Novartis, Nutrition & Santé, Sanofi, Sodexo, Système U, Renault, Safran, Société Générale, TDF, Ubisoft) and I've had the opportunity to coach several hundred executives, managers and employees in their new positions. Thanks to them, I receive as much as I give! I am also the founder of the LUMANI foundation (https://www.lumani.org), which supports people who have lost parents or loved ones in childhood, and who are now experiencing difficulties as a result of this injury. Lumani works to transform their lives by breaking down their emotional isolation, so that they can project themselves into a life full of hope and possibility.
