Consumer Lending Systems Analyst
Current- Partner and coordinate with Business Unit Managers, stakeholders, internal teams and vendors to resolve issues, make process improvements, support business processes and move through the change control process into.
- Analyze, configure, interpret requirements and optimize system configurations or file layouts to support business processes, upgrades and requests to maximize system performance and improve productivity.
- Create, review and interpret system maps and system documentation. Capture and articulate business requirements and functional specifications, provide status updates and ensure quality of solution.
- Define, plan, launch and drive new initiatives including creation and maintenance of project timelines, project plans, playbooks, expenses, communication and training plans.
