As an Account Director at Steelhead Productions, I drive business growth and nurture key client relationships. My role involves strategizing and identifying new business opportunities to enhance our market presence with specific industries. I love championing the Steelhead brand online and in person, identifying events marketers whom we may be a good fit to work with, and setting those relationships up for success. My roles include:- Evaluating and optimizing marketing strategies.- Manage social media platforms- Manage HubSpot CRM- Content creation for social media and website- Create blogs- Website (WordPress) management- Generate and follow up on website leads.- Increase brand awareness and market share.- Preparing and presenting monthly and annual marketing reports to senior management.- Support Sales with marketing material, Presentation Decks, Flyers, etc.- Manage relationships with marketing agency partners.- Influence a positive company culture- Identify how we can contribute to local organizations supporting the communities.- Have fun, learn and grow every day.

Responsible for market research, understanding the trends within each unique market, andidentifying the best person to connect with. Present competitor analysis weekly to the ExecutiveLeadership Team. Provide support to the marketing team either internal for company culture and team building or making calls and sending emails to potential prospects.

Organize in house inventory along with providing detailed inventory reports of all client-ownedproducts. Manage to ship and receiving docks. Fulfill shop pull-list and assist showroom withanything needed to complete the project.
