My specific responsibilities but not limited to:• Financial Management, accounting, reporting & costing.• Overseeing Taxation & corporate compliance matters.• Treasury management, cashflow management & forecasting• Development of Dashboard (cost, production, Financials, etc.) & MIS for C-level reporting• Conduct financial modeling & projection on project basis & identify the viability of the project.• Independently Supervising Budgeting and Planning/Costing, Management / Financial Reporting, • Project team lead role for initiating & implementing Business Intelligence Tools and automation in Management / Financial Report.• Finance Lead in preparation of feasibilities for Business Excellence Function. Presented the F6 Furnace Project Feasibility and its cash flow amounting to Rs. 800 million for Glass project.• Reviewing/ super vision/ Preparation of monthly cost center wise analysis and reporting of variances• Managing budgets based on authority levels and limits and taking necessary actions to control and reduce cost.• Support month-end closing by ensuring that all expenses and provisions are booked to appropriate accounts.• Preparation of monthly Management Accounts and performance measurement reports.• Gathering budget proposals from departments and compilation of Master Budget annually.• Working as a Finance Business Partner role with Procurement, Marketing, IT and Plant Operations Team with a problem resolving attitude.• Implementation, Monitoring and Control of Budgets through timely reporting and meeting with departmental heads• Preparation of variance analysis reports and investigating the reason for cost control purpose and to make recommendations• Supervision, review and analysis of routine finance transactions and monthly reports (including leading a team of Six accountants), to ensure error free accounting of transactions, compliance with the taxation, laws and regulation.• Liaising with external/internal auditors.
