Liaise with external partners, including banks and payment service providers, to manage relationships and resolve operational matters • Continuously assess existing pay-in and payout processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, automation, and optimization. Propose and implement process enhancements to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience

•Manage and optimize the end-to-end POS bill payment processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.•Monitor and analyze transaction data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness.•Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, finance, customer support, and technology, to drive process improvements and resolve operational issues.•Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of POS bill payment procedures, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and user guides.•Act as a subject matter expert on POS bill payment processes, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.•Conduct regular audits and quality control checks to ensure adherence to operational standards, security protocols, and regulatory compliance.•Work closely with the technology team to implement system enhancements, resolve technical issues, and support the integration of new POS bill payment solutions.•Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to POS bill payment operations, prepare reports, and present findings to management, highlighting areas for improvement and strategic recommendations.•Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in POS bill payment operations, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our services and competitive advantage.
