• Execute the end-to-end process of pay-ins and payouts, including payment instructions, transaction verification, and settlement. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing financial transactions while adhering to internal policies and regulatory guidelines • Perform regular reconciliations of pay-in and payout transactions to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Generate reports on financial activities, transaction volumes, and account balances for management and regulatory purposes • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant financial regulations and ensure compliance with them. Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes related to pay-in and payout operations • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as finance, operations, and compliance teams, to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of issues related to pay-ins and payouts. Liaise with external partners, including banks and payment service providers, to manage relationships and resolve operational matters • Continuously assess existing pay-in and payout processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, automation, and optimization. Propose and implement process enhancements to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience

•Manage and optimize the end-to-end POS bill payment processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.•Monitor and analyze transaction data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness.•Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, finance, customer support, and technology, to drive process improvements and resolve operational issues.•Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of POS bill payment procedures, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and user guides.•Act as a subject matter expert on POS bill payment processes, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.•Conduct regular audits and quality control checks to ensure adherence to operational standards, security protocols, and regulatory compliance.•Work closely with the technology team to implement system enhancements, resolve technical issues, and support the integration of new POS bill payment solutions.•Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to POS bill payment operations, prepare reports, and present findings to management, highlighting areas for improvement and strategic recommendations.•Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in POS bill payment operations, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our services and competitive advantage.

• Maintaining & preparing bank reconciliation• Handling & processing settlement acquiring files, through settlement financial system.Updating financial records via accounting software• Preparing payout files required for daily settlement.Following payout process through bank transfer module.Perform daily bank downloads.• Reconcile bank statements & match with Acquiring reports. coordinate with• merchants & operation team to confirm monthly balances & maintain settlementprocess in timely manner.• Preparing KPI & Analyzing the settlement transactions volume repots.• Implementing the required journal entry for settlement & reconciliation booking.

•Investigation and troubleshooting for transactions presenting issues.•Work on the additional activities covered by the team such as reconciliations, and standing order.•Preparing Daily, weekly, and monthly Reports analyses for All Reconciliation and Settlement Activates & Revenues.•Handling Internal Technical issues related to the reconciliation phase and Settlement Phase Also.•Reconciling for (POS Bills payment, E-commerce Payment Getaways, Mobile App, and Card Acceptance) Transactions.•Reconcile interchange fees with supposed incoming fees.•Partners reconciliation, Settlement, and Handling the Balance Transfers.•Participate in new product or system upgrade projects, including assisting in workflow design or testing as required.•Chargeback.•Monitoring the daily transactions, and suspicious/fraud transactions.
