Following describes my responsibilities.• Own service that continuously checks and alerts teams about any durability issue of any chunkof data in any Object Storage servers across all regions globally. Audits multiple billions ofchunks at any given point of time and can scale to any extent. Helps maintain Eleven 9s ofannual durability of Object Storage.• Own service that migrates Object Store data between different volume types to improve serverperformance and data durability. Can migrate petabytes of data daily and can scale to anyextent.• Own fleet manager which will handle automatic ingestion and maintenance of Storage Serverhosts in pool. It scales to support thousands of hosts at any time in any region globally.• Managing team of 10. Own roadmap of all 3 components and represent the same to seniorleadership on weekly basis.

Handled 3 different charters under MS Teams. Following describes charters and my responsibilities.• Handled delivery of MS Teams migration service that moves data between regions to maintaindata privacy compliance. It handles approx 10million chat thread migration daily withoutdisturbing live traffic. Improved system throughput by ~2x compared to when I joined.• Handled delivery of MS Teams Device Management back-end which manages enterprise devicesacross the world. The service currently manages over 2million devices.• Currently responsible for the delivery of Teams Admin Notification platform that alerts MSTeams Admins about various scenarios like device health, app submissions, call quality etc.• Mentored and groomed 11 member team wherein 3 members were promoted in June'23.• Own OKR planning and estimation for my charter ensuring there is a balance of engineeringfundamental and product features. Involved in defining product vision along with PM andengineering vision along with principal engineers.

Leading a team of high performing engineers that own suite of highly scalable applications that handle financial data of thousands of Walmart stores and warehouses across USA, Canada and Latam countries. They are designed to handle millions of transactions daily and also be SOX compliant at the same time.This application suite is mission critical as it is used to pay Walmart vendors within SLA, resolve any kinds of payment dispute etc. It is highly available and can recover from disaster immediately. Originally designed to run on Azure cloud and later turned cloud agnostic. Major components are; RESTful Microservices, CosmosDB, Kafka, Blobs.I am responsible for: • Delivery and drive development efforts of team made of 12 Engineers. • Hiring, managing team and collaborating with all stakeholders(including business). • Tech and architecture ownership of applications. Involved in review code to check functional consistency, best practice, design patterns. • Responsible for the implementation of complete scrum process.

The Cookies module, crawls website to collect cookies information, categorize them, use themin cookies banner on different device and collect consent. It is the most complex and revenuemaking module. It is used in over 100,000 websites and has largest categorized cookiesdatabase in the world.It is a cloud native application and consists of multiple RESTful Microservices. Uses variousAzure services such as Azure Cloud Service, Azure Batch Service, Azure container registry, Azuretable storage for fast data collection, Azure blob storage to host files, SQL Server, Azure DataFactory to carry out ETL process. It is bundled in docker container and deployed throughjenkins. * Responsible for delivery and to drive development efforts from India team comprising more than 20 members. * Currently active hands on with both .NET and Java to develop and maintain a core piece of the module that uses .NET, Java, Spring, SQL server and other Azure infrastructure as mentioned above. * Responsible for hiring, managing team and collaborating with all stakeholders. * Responsible to review code to check functional consistency, best practice, design patterns. * Responsible for the implementation of complete scrum process such that the team could deliver a new version of the product after every sprint of 3 weeks. * Helped build CloudOps team in India during initial stage.
