Leading Global Cx Culture Programs
Current- Orchestrate and develop CX initiatives, including training, content, messaging, onboarding and events to significantly increase company-wide adoption of customer-centric values.- Design and execute Infineon’s first internal customer experience “intent statement” program designed to ensure consistent customer-centric behaviors are being executed to our internal & external customers across the employee base, resulting in increased brand visibility, a marked increase in employee engagement and service excellence surpassing customer satisfaction goals. - Develop, produce and oversee all creative campaigns for CX programs working with 3rd party agencies and designers. - Lead a team of content and program executers to create and implement organizational policies, creative assets and programs- Collaborate with senior leadership and corporate communications to refine and report on CX strategies and outcomes, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.- Partner with key functions across the organization in defining and shaping the organizational values, structure and culture required to achieve our vision and mission.- Developed a recognition system to underscore the critical role of employee appreciation in cultivating a customer-first culture.
