-Responsible for planning project, controlling the project budgets and managing cross functional teams at Steel and Welding Department.-Management of ship structural calculations, drawings and nesting by using 2D and 3D cad software such as AutoCAD 3D, Rhino and coordination plans for new building and refitting.Coordinate and manage the activities of a project team throughout the life cycle of a project from start to close-out phases.-Develop, implement, and monitor project execution plan, including schedule, cost, and staffing requirements.-Review performance data (financial, budget, sales, and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress, and activity levels.-Maintain accountability of team members for conformance and accuracy in their scope of work.-Implement meetings with teams and vendors to drive schedule and oversight.-Issue internal and external management reports as required.-Drive on-time execution.-Coordinate with other Functional teams.

-Planning and scheduling planned & unplanned maintenance activities of Cropping and X-Ray Inspection Equiments-Creating performance dashbord of processes on PowerBI

Planning and scheduling planned & unplanned maintenance activities ;· Organizing and guiding maintenance team .· Providing technical and organizational co-ordination and ensuring healthy control of the maintenance, repairs and service activities.· Diagnosing breakdown problems .· Requesting necessary spare parts in order to carry out maintenance plan and following up the requests coordinating with stock management department .· Scheduling and planning repairs with internal suppliers .· Working with Engineering Department· Managing big works such as repairing, changing booms, bogies, slewing gear of cargo cranes, hydraulic brakes,hydraulic,pneumatic and HVAC equipments.· Inspection and changing cranes' wire ropes, reducers ( aslo maintenance of reducers),couplings as a routine works.· Orginazing predictive maintenance schedule. Regarding to PM , control and commantate to vibration analysis, oil analysis.· Preparing Welding Procedure Spesification Record (WPS) to provide welding of rail works.· Orginazing and forming report of visual test (VT).· Orginazing oil period and ensure to make this process on time.
