As Director of Technology and Services at Avenue Code Brazil, my focus is to lead and manage the IT operations and services through the implementation of technology strategies to promote continuous improvement of our services, including activities to guarantee a high quality service delivery to the end user, managing our talents and giving a strategic attention to the Technology aspect of our business.I'm also responsible for managing programs and/or teams to achieve expected deliverables across multiple functions, performance managing our employees, and developing short and long term activities to implement our business strategy. These activities are also strongly tied to people growth and development through teamwork and leadership.

As a Senior technical manager, I am responsible for developing new practice areas inside our company and making sure that all areas that we are already consolidated such as : web development, mobile, devops, agile methodologies, mobile, frontend development, backend development among others, are already up and running according the best what the market can offer.I'm also responsible for supporting Sales team on new proposals, understanding the needs of our clients and providing support on technical solutions and digital transformation.For the Talent Acquisition perspective, I'm responsible for creating job descriptions based on client needs and support TA team doing technical Interviews and making sure the candidates matches our expectations.For avenue code consultant environment, I'm responsible for developing individual career plan for our consultants, guiding them on what they want for the future and making sure they are becoming better consultants.

Working as Java developer building microservices based on java plataform using REST, SOA and JMS also working on legacy system (EJB, Spring). Also working in integration system (orchestration) using mainly apache camel or mule. Main tools/frameworks: JAX-RS, resteasy, jersey, Spring (mvc, security, transaction, data, etc..), Jboss, tomcat, jetty, EJB, Git, tibco, activemq, Jmeter, Solr, oracle DB, Jenkins, maven, eclipse, intellij, docker.
