The senior advisor on all training matters involving the 87 Pacific Fleet surface ships. Implemented innovative policy and process changes which followed the collisions of 2017, improving training, proficiency and trust in the surface warfare ship handling training process.Established hands on oversight programs impacting all Navy ships, focusing on supervisory programs to regain senior Navy and congressional leadership trust.

Led 264 civilian and 136 military employees to execute surface ship maintenance across five geographically separated bases, maintaining 87 Pacific Fleet ships. Oversaw the execution of a $1.7 billion annual budget.

Led 70 personnel to support to 78 Atlantic Fleet ships in all aspects of combat systems and cyber operational and training support.
