To develop the company from a very successful italian fashion retailer into a global brand

Full responsibility of all business aspects of the global Services business Unit (made of 2 sub divisions: spare parts sales and services), including all company functions such as: Marketing & Sales, Procurement, R&D, AFC, and Logistic.

Set up a new subsidiary in Italy incorporting 2 existing companies, developed new business opportunities and entered into a new joint venture.

To define and implement the dvelopment plan for the industrial coating through acquisitions, joint ventures, internal growth and strategic alliances based at worldwide headquarter in USA and at european headquarter in France

Full responsability over all company functions

Responsibility of Finance, Accounting, IT, Legal Department and Human Resources;Promotion and Sales activities for big supply program of engines or scooter components;Coordination of supplier’s development program and outsourcing activities, including Import and Export

Coordination role in existing joint venture with turnover 200 M USD;Preparation and discussion with government bodies and parties in relation to restructuring packages;Analysis with possible partners for new JV with Feasibility studies and market research

Restructuring of trading and distribution companies in Poland and Czechoslovakia for office automation equipments.

Commercial and administrative support activities to overseas branches.

Evaluating the extent of compliance with international accounting standards and assess company values;Development of knowledge and skills in the area of auditing and accounting in manufacturing and financial industries.
