• Managing a team of 13 to organize ~3 events per week for the personal & professional development of ~200 members, using weekly team meetings, personal mentorship, and consulting on all logistics, to carry out semesterly schedule• Serving as liaison between the local chapter and SHPE National and Regional representatives, handling all communication to ensure university chapter is up to date on all guidelines and communicate our progress at USF

• Assist the SHPE Junior director (King HS) in the planning and running of various events and workshops, by providing ideas and feedback to help the events run smoothly so the students enjoy and learn about various STEM fields• Interact with HS students by participating in 9 STEM challenges to build trust and inform them about the college experience

• Coordinated the pairing process for MentorSHPE, using excel to pair over 90 underclassmen with the mentor that best suited them according to their major and preferences to facilitate their professional development and form connections• Assist the V.P. Internal with the planning of interactive events by brainstorming weekly challenges to encourage participation

• Researching and developing a standard for Process FMEA by reviewing the industry standard SAE J1739 to present to manufacturing and help develop a SPP document for that follows contractual requirements from the customer• Developed a heat map showing the overall status of each Design-to-Kit phase as well as each individual group in each phase by managing raw data in excel and utilizing Tableau in order to visualize the scale of which manufacturing is behind schedule• Performed manufacturing design reviews by reviewing VICD documents and ensuring it lists part identification, suggested manufacturers info, model envelope, and meets design requirements to establish acceptability and interchangeability

• Assist 10+ servers through both front and back-of-house operations to ensure efficiency and that customers are satisfied• Collaborate with server assistants by resetting tables in less than 3 minutes, to ensure the needs of 200+ reservations are met

• Worked to perform floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance to keep sales areas well-stocked, organized, and current, influencing customer spending and maximizing purchases• Influenced the total sales of ~$9.4 million in 2020 for 10 months, by interacting with customers to understand their wants and needs while using extensive knowledge of products to determine the best suitable merchandise to fit those needs
