Member of the Contract Security Lead team in BT assigned to the Nestlé account covering the key functions of the relationship, delivery, service and commercials with the customer, including:• Work across all security functions to orchestrate and lead the customer contact strategy.• Build strong relationships with CISO & Security team with the aim of becoming a trusted security advisor.• Maintain oversight of delivery activities including in-life contract change requests.• Ensure the delivers against all contractual security obligations.• Maintain oversight of in-life service delivery performance against SLA.• Translate the output of any implementation into improvement plans.• Maintain oversight of all contract commercials including revenue and resources to maximise profitability.• Contribute to demand generation as outcome of trusted advisor status.

Security Consultant with the following functions:- Design solutions: qualification of complex projects, service models and search for new technical solutions.- Preparation of offers, documentation, reports and cost models.- Visits to clients.- Relationship with manufacturers.- Commercial support on qualifications, preparation, submission of proposals.- Participation in strategy, presentation and defense of projects and solutions.- Preparation and delivery of security workshops.

• Project organization and logical security service operation.• Management of a team of 5 security specialists.• Budget planning, supplier management and financial monitoring.• Development of dashboards and reporting to the Security Management (CSO), Information Systems Management (CIO) and Security Board of Agbar. • Implementation, in the company, of new procedures and solutions: - Content control in web browsing with reporting to HR. - Protection against Denial of Service attacks. - Vulnerability Management. - Protection against information leaks (DLP/IRM). - Security event management and incident response (CSIRT). - Security Audits (ISO27001, PCI-DSS, Data Protection Act, penetration testing and ethical hacking). - Management of antivirus system, anti-spam and advanced threats (APT). - Protection of critical services: strong authentication system, network access control (NAC), tracking tasks for outsourced system administrators.

• Project management under PMI / ITIL standards: coordination of tasks, monitoring, documentation, service delivery and client reporting.
