Cloud Solutions – We provide management and partial control of a client’s cloud resources, including containers, cloud storage, and networking services.4. Managed I.T. Services – We keep your employees working, whenever and wherever they need to. Our support plan – which can include desktops, servers, and network support – is like having your own in-house support team at a fraction of the cost.In addition to my role as Founder & CEO, I guide the teams on how software and hardware aspects can integrate seamlessly. Since 2007, Ozkar Services has been a full-service I.T. Solutions provider with nearly two decades of experience serving primarily the Metropolitan New York and tristate area, with customers also in Texas and Florida. Our main office is co-located with Broadgrid Technology in Islip, New York.Our service offering is similar to Broadgrid Technology. Please see the description above for more details. We also do significant I.T. Procurement for our clients. Ozkar Services clients include the largest agencies in the Northeast, such as the New York Power Authority, the NYC Dept of Education, and the Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA). We have a strong client Retention rate of 98% – some customers have been with us for 17 years or more. One example of a recent, complex project was through WL Concepts (who in turn were contracting to NY Power Authority) for auto shows at the Javits Center and Syracuse State Fair. We provided end-to-end technology integration, WIFI access, and AV support/integration to agencies so they could properly support show participants.We have strong relationships and partnerships with other IT companies and Solution Providers. Recently, for example, we announced a collaboration between Ozkar Services, and the Fortune 500 IT Company CDW. In addition to being in the 2023 Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business cohort, we participated in the Hofstra Long Island Ascend Program and Empire State BGA Incubator.We are also committed to giving back. For example: (a) we donate equipment and expertise to underserved communities through Digital Girls, which encourages inner-city youth, especially young women, to pursue STEM careers; and (b) we are participating in Uplift our Town, Inc, cleaning up the streets of Brentwood, Central Islip, and Bayshore. I also help and connect other MWEs on the path to MBE certification.
