Proven success through CSAT or related KPI achievement. Proven organizational and time management skills needed to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously and w/out compromise to quality or timeliness.• Develops and maintains knowledge of DocuSign products/services and assigned vertical or market customer organizations and partners, including general market landscape, regulatory requirements and competitive intelligence. Develops and maintains knowledge of cloud-based services, Salesforce.com and other productivity tools. • Ensures through high quality consulting that customers are able to successfully and adopt DocuSign products and services by aligning and effectively deploying each customer use case. Ensures each customer has an outstanding experience across all phases of onboarding and enablement. Follows and leverages all defined business processes, communication protocols, systems, tools and materials to deliver consistently high quality onboarding consulting
