I created the framework for identifying and developing internal talent pools through extensive research by identifying four steps to follow when creating internal talent pools. Additionally, I presented a list of recommendations on how to implement the framework and effectively engage with employees

I managed the store front while my manager made deliveries and assisted over 100 customers per shift. I helped all of my customers by providing recommendations and extensive details on all the products offered at the bakery.

I planned lessons for and taught six Level 3 English as a Second Language classes per week to adult refugees. I partnered with University of Buffalo speech and pathology students to aid refugees in pronunciation for the citizenship test. I additionally organized a voting workshop and mock election for over 40 refugees, bringing in interpreters for 6 different languages.

I managed the store numerous days per week and supervised daily fish deliveries. While managing the store I had to aid customers in choosing fish and provide excellent customer service. I also prepared numerous seafood recipes and cleaned and filleted fish on a daily basis.
