CurrentAs of 1st of Aug 2024, responsible for Central Europe.Managed 2 segments: Turkiye & South Africa + back up for DACHAcquisition, processing, and management of customer orders, including amendmentsResolution of errors related to all orders including EDI, web ordersResolution of blocked ordersManipulation of orders to maximize efficiency of deliveryBilling error handlingDealing with the issues arising from non-availability of stockFollow up on timely and accurate order delivery by the 3PLSolve issues related to late or non-complete order delivery by 3PLTracking & Organizing S&OP meetings regarding deliveries, order patterns neededManaging any returns/ refusals with the customerHandle emergency alternate procedure for customerService analysis for customersBuild expert knowledge of customer i.e. order patterns, preferencesInvolvement in execution of customer specific projectsSystem testing due to project changesManage Automation & Credit Blocked orders
