Project Assistant at Search for Common Ground (SFCG), a global organization that works to transform the way the world deals with conflict. I have been with SFCG since July 2020, leading and managing projects that support vulnerable communities in Yemen in various sectors, such as protection, health, food, shelter, and education. With the help of donors such as the European Union, MCLA, OFDA, EU, and UNHCR, I have successfully implemented and funded multiple projects that have created positive social change and empowered marginalized groups in Yemen. Some examples of these projects are the civil status and civil registry building in Al-Musamieer District and the rehabilitation of the women's prison in Al-Houta District. I have a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from the University of Aden, which enables me to perform financial and administrative tasks, such as payroll administration, budget management, and reporting. I also have strong analytical skills, teamwork skills, and a passion for humanitarian work and peace-building. My goal is to continue to apply my knowledge, skills, and values to create positive social change and empower marginalized groups in Yemen and beyond.
