Partex Petro Limited is a NGC refinary process plant. Plant capacity is 10000bbl/day. MS, HOBC, JBO, Octane, Jet-A1 is the final product of this plant. Total six unit in this process such as CFU,KNHT,CRU,VRU and Tank farm. In my role...-Plant commisioning, leak test, refractory dry out, catalist loading etc.-Take the routine reading of perameters.-Overse the full process and ensure that the process equipment is 100% efficiant.-Maintain chemical dosing such as Tetrachloroethyline, Dimethyl disulfide.-Operate process equipment including WWTP(weste water treatment plant),Hydrogen generator, Compressor, Heater, various types of Pumps, Heat exchangers, Distillation columns, various types of Valves, Chillers, Flow control and other process equipment.-Plant start-up and shutdown work, process optimization and troubleshouting.

The chlor-alkali electrolysis process is used in the manufacture of chlorine, hydrogen, and sodium hydroxide (caustic) solution. My responsibility is : Monitor performance of plant equipment and process condition to ensure equipmentprocess were 100% efficient. Take routine readings on process equipment to communicate operationwere safe to operate. Plant start-up and shutdown work, process optimization and troubleshouting. Operate process equipment including, Pumps, Heat exchangers, Distillation columns, varioustypes of Valves, Chillers, Flow control, Chemical dosing and other process equipment. Prepare and maintain a work schedule for work area and maintain a safe working environment. Follow all safely roles, quality and other manufacturing procedures. Responds to emergencies and abnormal situation
