Highlights of various projects:•For the PwC Talent Exchange (https://talentexchange.pwc.com/), led Agile teams working in Chicago, Bangalore, and Shanghai in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Web, iOS, and Android software suits to enable PwC engagement teams to connect with freelance contractors looking for projects.• For the financial arm of a global car manufacturer, led a program to digitize the servicing of electronic contracts. In this role I directed the process to assess current pain points; define future needs; identify the best technical solution to go from current to future state; and advise the client on the optimal approach to implement a new digital solution, resulting in increased end-user and customer satisfaction.• For a global investment company, coordinated 18 application teams, and three technology service groups to build and deploy the infrastructure required to develop, test, and deploy to production a technology platform to provide back office services to new and existing clients.• For a Fortune 100 multinational financial services corporation, defined the scope and implemented the program management office for an initiative to streamline operations and move 700+ applications to a new infrastructure and enterprise architecture, resulting in an estimated $5MM run rate reduction per year.• For the financial arm of a global car manufacturer, managed an engagement to define a production support organization following ITIL principles to define processes and procedures for incident, problem, change, and release management, with the goal of minimizing risks to the stability of the production environment.

The goal of my project was to reduce operational expenses related to energy consumption. I researched industry best practices, interviewed key stake holders, established an energy consumption baseline, and identified a set of possible ways to reduce energy use. I evaluated each of these options on technical and financial viability.I delivered a plan that, if implemented, would reduce energy consumption by 12% annually and have a payback close to one year on required capital investment.

I coordinated the development of a sales tracking application that automated global sales reporting. I took the initiative to meet with people involved in the reporting process as well as users of said reports allowing me to assess end-users' needs and define the application's must-have features. The end product cut time to access global sales metrics facilitating improving product managers’ responsiveness.

I interviewed financial services executives in London and Amsterdam to assess market demand and industry trends in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) industry.I used these primary data, along with secondary market research, to defined the product strategy for a software start-up directly helping secure second round investment for the company.

In 1998 I was promoted to telecommunications department manager of BanSolucion, a BancoSantiago subsidiary.I managed and negotiated with contractors who implemented the strategies I defined to maintain BanSolucion's voice and data networks.
