As a contracted residential salesperson, I am in complete control of my own business; I prospect clients, help them find a home, and guide them through the entire escrow process to closing. Typical tasks range from holding open houses to marketing to writing legally binding contracts. No two days are ever the same, and I must solve problems as they arise and in a timely manner. A lot of collaboration between the buyers, sellers, brokers, loan agents, and title company is essential for a smooth transaction. Thus, project management skills are paramount and used daily. This job requires I remain highly organized, punctual, communicative and aware.

Starting as a host in 2019, I have promoted from within as a take-out specialist, server, bartender, and in April 2021 I was promoted to management. Enduring COVID-19 in the restaurant industry has beena challenging but rewarding experience; it has given me an opportunity to develop by leaps & bounds both as an individual and professionally.I was responsible for onboarding new team members, employee training & certification, and posting AP invoices/petty cash paid outs. I also assisted with building maintenance, interviews/hiring, inventory management (Incl. perishable items & liquor), ordering product and guest recoveries.Other daily responsibilities include managing labor versus forecasted sales (including breaks), kitchen quality control, health inspection readiness, end-of-day closing procedures (cash deposits, reporting tips, manager communication etc.), and always ensuring a safe & comfortable environment for both the guests and employees.

I was responsible for the financial record-keeping and payroll for a ~50 employee solar installation company. I’d process payroll on a bi-weekly basis for salaried, commissioned, and hourly employees & oversee recurring deductions such as 401(k) and medical deductions. I was also responsible for reconciling checking and credit bank registers, processing bills for accounts payable, and processing invoices for accounts receivable. During my experience at Clean Solar, I’ve had the opportunity to help roll out TSheets time-tracking and QuickBooks Payroll software in our company environment, along with implementing a FIFO inventory tracking process for our warehouse. I’ve helped identify embezzlement in the past and have actively fought to reduce or eliminate any miscellaneous charges incurred on the company’s behalf.

Working as an assistant to a commercial real estate broker, regular job tasks included creating marketing documents for various retail and apartment buildings valued $1M+, building complete ownership records on the RealNex database platform and processing paperwork during escrow. In addition, I also did many other clerical tasks such as creating mailers and using the telephone.

Essential Job duties include cleaning automobiles to be delivered to customers and maintaining facilities to provide the most inviting environment for clientele.
