As the Director of Client Experience for Boyum Barenscheer, a Top 20 Accounting Firm in Minneapolis, I enjoy working with the service and industry line teams to increase awareness of the experience we provide to our clients and work towards continual improvement. My responsibilities extend to managing the brand's voice through our website, social media channels and with client communications. Campbell Homes is an an award-winning homebuilder in Colorado Springs specializing in style and comfort-focused homes for move-up buyers. I was responsible for developing and executing the company-wide brand and marketing strategy, designing go-to-market plans for their neighborhood expansions and creating all advertising and marketing collateral. I had the pleasure of working closely with the Campbell Homes sales staff to help implement systems to manage their sales pipeline and to create meaningful touch points to maximize the customer journey experience. I also selected and implemented a sales CRM and developed a training program to maximize effectiveness.

As the Creative Strategist for BerganKDV, I worked with service line and industry leaders to bring new solutions to the market through go-to-market strategy design. I also served as the Marketing Account Manager for BerganKDV Wealth Management, focusing on project management, collateral creation, marketing plan development and client retention strategies.

I was the Marketing & Communications Director for KDV, Ltd. and served on the firm's Executive Leadership Team. My responsibilities included leading the firm's overall brand strategy, developing effective and measurable marketing plans for CPA, Wealth Management and Technology service lines and eight verticals including nonprofit, government and private industry. I also revamped the firm-wide training program and increased participation from an average of 8 participants per session to over 40. My experience as a business owner allowed me to assist our key leaders in bringing new services to market through detailed go-to-market strategies and market research. As a passionate, customer-focused leader I enjoyed facilitating customer journey mapping sessions, and designing customer feedback programs to enhance engagement. I was known for creative and out-of-the-box ideas, a high level of responsiveness and keeping projects on-track.

As the Director of Marketing, I oversaw the firm's brand and marketing strategy and worked closely with service line leaders and individual partners to develop effective marketing plans. In addition, I planned and executed the firm's seminar programs for real estate, construction, estate planning and IT groups. During my tenure at Hellmuth & Johnson I enjoyed a reputation of being approachable, creative and an always-available resource for our attorneys and staff.

I was recruited by Hellmuth & Johnson as their first Seminar & Event Marketing Specialist to strengthen their construction/real estate seminar and event program focusing on streamlining processes and procedures, increasing brand awareness and improving execution. During this time, I arranged large off-site construction conferences, semi-annual community association educational events, CPE real estate seminars and multiple social events.
