I am currently a middle school math teacher with DCPS. During the summer, I work as a Eureka Math PD facilitator for Great Minds and I also work closely with the the DCPS elementary and secondary math teams to strengthen our math programming and curriculum. Special projects include creating micro-credential math and assessment courses for teachers, developing scope and sequences for district-wide RCTs, and creating professional development sessions to help teachers prepare for the year in their math classes!In addition to teaching, I also hold two Master's degrees from Lesley University- one in Elementary Education and the other in Special Education.I am passionate about developing rigor in the classroom, community service, and personal finance education.
