 Manage a staff of 6 employees.  Key member of the project team to convert the legacy mainframe based HRIS and timekeeping system to Kronos and Lawson. Oversee the maintenance of the employee record including compliance with regulatory agencies such as Homeland Security, DNV, AHCA and various state licensing boards. Assist in the design of various pay and employee incentive programs.Responsible for the cost projections, implementation, administration and maintenance of various pay programs. Conduct the annual market study, pulling data from various survey sources, making recommendations and cost projections for adjustments. Oversee the annual performance management/merit program.Served as a lead in the development, implantation and maintenance of the Halogen online performance management system, including the conversion of over 1000 job descriptions from a Word document to the Halogen system.Partner with and act as internal consultant to Health System management , HR Business Partners and Recruiters on all compensation related matters including base pay, incentives, market pricing, and other compensation related policies, programs, and strategies.  Conduct job profiles to understand and appraise job functions and to ensure the proper classification of the job. Reviews the job qualifications to ensure appropriate alignment with comparable jobs Reviews the job description with the manager and recommends content revisions for alignment. Evaluate and recommend appropriate pay grade level.
